Free Class for TBI Recovery

I realized my body craved it, and wanted to feel safe instead of bullied into more “impressive” movements. I like how you frame it as training for recovery compared to training for strength or something else.. which I was used to before the TBI. Thank you for creating a safe environment, I’ve never experienced anything like your classes.

The Foundation of Trauma Recovery

  • A person with dark hair, wearing a hoodie and dark pants, crouching on a grassy hilltop above clouds during a sunset or sunrise, with shades of orange and blue in the sky.

    Foundation Training for Trauma

By teaching your body and fascia to move functionally, your brain receives the evidence it has been waiting for: that it is finally safe enough to recover.

When that signal is consistent and trustworthy, the nervous system stops spending its energy on protection efforts (which drive symptoms) and begins to recover regularly.

Symptoms, pain and fear begin to dissolve. You’ll love how this practice makes you feel, and how accessible it is in any moment.

  • Video conference call with five participants, three have their cameras on, showing their faces and surroundings; two participants have their cameras off, represented by grey circles with abstract human icons. The chat sidebar contains messages discussing the session, with one message expressing gratitude.

    Question Period

After class, either on or off camera, you can ask questions about your experience, recovery and challenges. Connecting, listening, and sharing have always been at the centre of trauma recovery.
