Foundation Training for Trauma
By teaching your body and fascia to move more functionally, your brain learns that it is finally safe enough to recover. Movement has always been your brains best friend. This practice will teach your brain to map your body clearly, helping nervous system preserve more energy and dissolving symptoms, pain and fear.
Foundation Training is a clinical grade practice and continues to help thousands recover from Trauma.

After class, either on or off camera, you can ask questions as it relates to class, your recovery, and your challenges. Connecting, listening, and sharing have always been at the centre of trauma recovery. Participate as you like.

This class is specially designed for anyone living with the effects of trauma, TBI/ABI, stress, or chronic tension who wants to reconnect with their body in a safe, supportive way.

Each session blends gentle breathwork, Foundation Training–inspired movement, and trauma-informed education to help your nervous system settle, mind make sense of trauma, and your body feel more at ease.

Every Monday at 1:30PM EST.
Class is about 45min with Q&A time at the end.

Nope. You can join fully off-camera if you prefer. Just being present and moving with others is enough to help your nervous system recover.
