I created this no-cost class so others with TBI, ABI or spine issues can access the same nervous system support that helped me feel at home in my body again.

Trauma-Informed Foundation Training
Trauma-Informed Foundation Training rebuilds the nervous system—the missing foundation after TBI or ABI—so your body can move safely, efficiently, and without constant protective tension. Scientifically, it supports neuroplasticity, improves posture, balance, and coordination, and helps the brain reconnect with the body. From lived experience, it restores confidence, reduces overwhelm, and helps you feel at home in yourself again.

Access for Life
You’ll be part of a community that understands what it’s like to rebuild after TBI or ABI. You don’t need to be on camera—simply witnessing, sharing, and moving with others is one of the gentlest medicines your nervous system can receive right now. Having people who ‘get it’ nearby helps you feel supported, seen, and safe as you reclaim confidence in your body and life.

This class is specially designed for anyone living with the effects of trauma, TBI/ABI, stress, or chronic tension who wants to reconnect with their body in a safe, supportive way. Beginners are absolutely welcome.

Nope. You can join fully off-camera if you prefer. Just being present and moving with others is enough to help your nervous system feel supported.

Each session blends gentle breathwork, Foundation Training–inspired movement, and trauma-informed education to help your nervous system settle and your body feel more at ease.

About 45 minutes, including time to move, breathe, and settle.

You’re always encouraged to pause, rest, or choose to meet the challenge. The class is about choice, not force.
